Checklist for purchasing converted revenue land in Bangalore



CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PURCHASING CONVERTED REVENUE LAND IN BANGALORE


1.  Mother/Parental Deed – to trace the origin of the property


2.  Relevant conveyance deeds


3.  Relevant mutations records


4.  Family trees (if required)


5.  Record of Rights


6.  Survey map


7.  Village map


8.  Agarband, Tippani


9.  Index of land


10. Nil tenancy certificate


11. Nil acquisition certificate from a competent authority


12. Endorsement from Tasildar confirming that there is nothing pending under section 79 (A) and (B) of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act


13. An endorsement from a competent authority stating that the land is not a grant land


14. If it is a land grant, permission from competent authority to be obtained


15. Conversion order


16. Receipt for having paid conversion charges


17. Betterment charges paid receipt


18. Demand and latest tax paid receipt


19. Khatha (appropriate form)


20. Encumbrance certificate


21. Present possession


22. Sanctioned plan in case of a build house
